1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of Sudani Cloud services delivered through the Sudani Portal and hosted locally in the Sudani Data Center. By registering, purchasing, or using any cloud-related service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Services Covered
• Web Hosting (Shared, WordPress, Reseller)
• Domain Registration & Renewal
• SSL Certificates (DigiCert via MarketConnect)
• VPS Hosting (SMEs & Enterprise Tiers)
• Enterprise Data Center services (semi-automated)
• Firewall & Security Services
• Public IP, VPN, and related network services
2.8 Intellectual Property
All software, codes, platforms, and trademarks used in Sudani Cloud services are the property of the company and may not be used outside the scope of this agreement.
3. Account Registration & Customer Responsibility
To use Sudani Cloud, customers must register on the Sudani Portal.
By creating an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be fully responsible for all activities under your account
4. Payment & Billing Terms
• All services are prepaid.
• Payments processed via Khartoum Bank (Bankak app).
• Activation after payment confirmation.
• Prices in SDG and may change.
• No refunds once activated.
5. Service Activation & Delivery
Services activate within 24–48 working hours depending on service type.
5.2 System Updates
The company may add, remove, or update systems to ensure quality and security, and will notify the customer of any material changes.
6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Prohibited activities include:
• Illegal or malicious content
• Malware, phishing, spam
• Adult or hate content
• DDoS or harmful activity
7. Resource Allocation & Limits
Each service includes fixed CPU, RAM, Storage, Bandwidth. Exceeding limits may affect performance.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
8.1 Data processed per Sudani’s Privacy Policy and local regulations.
8.2 Confidentiality
Both parties shall maintain the confidentiality of technical and business information during the term of the agreement and thereafter and shall not disclose such information to any third party.
9. Backup & Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for data unless subscribed to Backup Service.
10. Service Availability & Maintenance
10.1 Maintenance and force majeure may affect service temporarily.
10.2 Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for any service interruption or delay due to force majeure events beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, or public network outages.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Sudani not liable for indirect damages. Liability limited to past 12 months’ service fees.
11.2 Indemnity
The customer agrees to indemnify the company for any claims or losses arising from misuse or violation of these terms.
12. Suspension & Termination
Suspension or termination may occur for:
• Non-payment
• Violations
• Illegal use
• Regulatory directives
13. Support & SLA
13.1 Definition: This SLA defines the service level expected by a customer from Sudani Cloud & Data Center Services. It sets performance standards, response times, delivery times, and responsibilities.
13.2 Services Covered: Cloud hosting, VPS deployment, firewall/security configuration, VPN setup, Data Center network services (L3VPN / L2VPN), backup services, Internet/public IP, and colocation.
13.3 Exclusions: Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party provider issues.
13.4 Incident Management:
• High Priority (service outage/major impact): Response 0–2 hrs | Resolution 4–24 hrs
• Medium Priority (minor degradation/workaround available): Response 0–2 hrs | Resolution 4–24 hrs
• Low Priority (non-urgent/info request): Response 0–2 hrs | Resolution 4–24 hrs
13.5 Manual Provisioning (New/Change Requests):
• Response: 2–4 hrs
• Delivery/Completion: 8–48 hrs
14. Modifications to Terms
14.1 Terms may be revised. Continued use means acceptance.
14.2 Severability & Transfer Restrictions
If any provision is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Customers may not transfer their account or rights to a third party without the company’s written consent.
15. Governing Law
Governed by Sudanese law.

By proceeding with registration or a service request, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the above Terms and Conditions and SLA, and I agree to comply with them when requesting the service.
